Target Management
Targets are a working list of prospects to call, email or visit. New homeowners, neighborhoods, realtors or insurance agents these records are daily in daily out. They also convert to a Lead with a single click of the mouse.
Workflows
Unlike other security crms, our workflow module allows you to create your own email and/or text notifications for everything from “Nape xx”, “customer status = installed” or “customer is over 80”.
Quotes
Quotes are created in the Lead or Customer module manually or by selecting a kit built by you, including Good, Better, Best kits. Reps customize the quotes for each potential customer then generate a professional PDF document with the click of a button.
Purchase Orders
The CRM is capable of auto creating a Purchase Order from each customer invoice which can then be emailed to the vendor branch connected to the installation technician. When you attach the vendor’s pdf invoice, the system parses the information and updates your Purchase Order.
Quickbooks Integration
The CRM automatically creates a number of transactions for each customer record based on the status of the job. Invoice, ADT Funding, Technician Pay, Seller Pay, Referral Pay, Rebate and automatically posts them to Quickbooks. The system is a two way sync, paid in Quickbooks – posted to CRM.
Payroll Calculation
Because dealers have different pay structures, we build your structure into the crm. Users are assigned a number of criteria which work to calcuate pay. This works for both hourly employees, managers, sellers and technicians.
Signable Docs
Its just like DocuSign or Panda Docs only less expensive. This is in addition to ADT’s DocuSign. Build a PDF template in the system, then create the document on demand and it’s sent to the customer or employee for verified signature. The document is retreived by the CRM and placed into the customer or employee record.
Ask ProAI
How many times are you asked, “What’s the most I can charge for…”. Now you can enter information into the CRM nowledge base and ProAI can answer those questions for you.
ADT Reports
How many hours does it take to download and post or review ADT Reports? AI agents download those reports and upload them into the CRM. Scheduled tasks transfer information to the related customer record where workflows send out email notifications, if needed. This all happens before anyone get’s into the office.

Plus a one time fee of $1 for each new customer added over 50 during the month. So 100 new customers in May = $95.
